| I am 61 years young.
Born in New Jersey, Trenton State grad with a degree in in
Vocational Education, Worked 8 years teaching welding and
metallurgy. For 15 years owner of a construction company,
building houses and commercial construction.
All my life I have loved the high seas and have broad experience on a wide range of vessels, both power and sail. I have owned several boats over the past 30 years and crewed or captained several others. Retired 13 years ago. Since then, I have sailed the waters of the entire east coast of the U.S. from Maine to the Florida Keys, as well as the Bahamas. Walkers Key to Eleuthera Island and the Dry Tortugas, Bimini and much of the Gulf Of Mexico. Recently returned from the Gulf of Mexico as a Tugboat captain pushing oil skimmer barges helping with the BP oil spill clean up. |
| I hold a 100 Ton Master Captains
License, Oceans Unlimited Radar License, Towing and Sailing endorsements from the USCG and
started this charter business for private groups.
These charters have mostly been on sailboats to the Bahamas, Bimini or other places the group may wish to go. One faze of my charting that has become very popular is with houseboat trips on the Suwannee, St. Johns and the Caloosahatchee River in Fort Meyers I've been a dive Master since 1985 and have run dive trips in New Jersey for several years, also worked on dive boats both as captain and dive master.
